British padel operator Game4Padel has been named as one of the Sunday Times’ Best Places to Work in the Small Organisation category.

The renowned annual survey celebrates organisations with the highest levels of employee engagement, wellbeing and workplace satisfaction.

Game4Padel says its inclusion highlights the firm’s “commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive and high-performing culture during a period of rapid nationwide expansion.”

The Sunday Times Best Places to Work panel evaluates key workplace factors including leadership, empowerment, diversity, reward and recognition, and job satisfaction.

Game4Padel excelled across these metrics, reflecting the company’s focus on aligning team growth with the skyrocketing popularity of the sport.

“We are incredibly proud to receive this recognition from The Sunday Times,” said Michael Gradon, CEO of Game4Padel.

“Our mission has always been to build a strong, passionate community around padel, and that starts internally with our team. As we continue to scale across the UK, maintaining an environment where our people feel valued, inspired and motivated remains one of our top priorities.”

Game4Padel has grown its footprint significantly, deploying courts and venues at sports clubs, residential developments and business parks nationwide.

The company now has 26 sites operating in the UK, as well as three in Australia and one in Spain. Game4Padel announced its first franchise venture earlier this year, which will open in Glasgow in Autumn 2026.

Game4Padel has also helped grow padel in the UK via initiatives including training over 300 coaches, improving awareness for the sport via media and live exhibitions, and community engagement and inclusivity programmes.
