Details: As Padel Coach you will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive padel programme and increasing participation and memberships at the club. You will put customer satisfaction at the heart of our club ensuring both members, guests and staff are having a great experience of the sport and our Rocket Padel Team, all whilst ensuring a safe & legal environment in our club at all times.
- Delivering a minimum of 10 hours of the group coaching programme to all ages from kids aged 5 and up to mixed group adults with a chance to grow the programme and increase hours/days of work.
- Leading and delivering on school holiday camps and providing fun, engaging sessions for all abilities.
- Hosting adult group sessions, themed social events and matchplay sessions.
- Ensure and promote equality of opportunity, respecting diversity and recognize the needs of different groups and individuals.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all customers and advise club manager of any issues over court safety or disrepair.

Role: Head Padel Coach, Rocket Padel

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Head Padel Coach to lead and elevate our club’s padel programme. This pivotal role blends hands-on coaching with strategic leadership to drive the sport’s growth and success at Rocket Padel.
As Head Coach, you will take a central role in designing and delivering our year-round coaching and competitive programme, while also leading on corporate activities, events, and partnerships that form a key part of our business. You will oversee and organise the coaching team, ensuring seamless delivery across all programmes, and adapt to customer trends and demand by creating activities and tournaments that align with the market.
You will inspire and support players of all ages and levels, nurture and develop the coaching team, and take the lead in ensuring padel thrives competitively, socially, and commercially within our community.

Details: Smash Padel are looking to recruit a centre manager for our five-court padel tennis centre at Oxford Sports Lawn Tennis Club. This person will have the ambition and determination to lead a team to deliver the exciting new sport of padel to the communities of Oxford city.
The facilities include five panoramic floodlit courts, changing facilities and a pavilion to provide a reception, shop and refreshments. We have recently had planning approved to cover three courts with canopies. We have a vibrant customer base of 4,000 where we introduce new activities for people of all ages and abilities.
