Four players set an official Guinness World Record for the longest continuous padel rally at Clubhouse in Blackburn last week.
Mark Friend, Noah Heap, Jamie Lynn and Zak Holgate played a rally of 4,447 shots lasting one hour, becoming the first holders of the Guinness World Records title.
The attempt was formally submitted with evidence and received validation and approval from the Guinness World Records adjudicators.

The foursome had to hit continuous clean hits across the net that landed legally within the court, including glass wall rebounds and volley. If the rally had stopped at any point, the attempt would end.
Mark Friend, one of the record-setting foursome, said: “Sixty minutes was mentally draining but the burden was shared well as a team of four!”

Complete strangers less than six months ago, the four padel enthusiasts came together through the padel community at Clubhouse, a six-court premium indoor facility that opened last September in Blackburn, Lancashire.
Rackets and balls for the challenge were gifted by Zylo, who have a strong community ethos.
