A new 12-court club, Padel Social House, will open at Brackmills Industrial Estate in Northampton in February and is being billed as the largest padel club in the Midlands.

Padel Social House will combine elite-level facilities and social spaces with curated timetables specific for Mums, Juniors, over 60’s, Yoga, Coffee clubs and lifestyle offerings all under one roof.

The operator’s aim is to create a ‘third space’ for people to thrive with a sense of belonging and connection building friendship both on and off-court.

The venue will feature 12 state-of-the-art Super Panoramic indoor courts, including one competition-grade show court with elite LED lighting spec built to host high-level tournaments, exhibitions and amateur community league finals.

Courts will be available to book via Playtomic with launch promotions going live on 19 December for credit bundles.

Overlooking the courts, a large mezzanine viewing area will provide a social hub for spectators and guests — perfect for watching sport, socialising, table football, table tennis + hosting DJ’s for themed socials.

At the heart of the club will be the Matcha Café, offering specialty hot and cold drinks, healthy refreshments, and relaxed seating.

Padel Social House will be a non-alcoholic club.

The venue will also include:

  • A reception area with a club shop including free rental rackets for the first month, balls and clothing.
  • A large private function room for corporate bookings, team events, parties and group socials
  • Warm-up zone equipment including spinning bikes, stretching items and yoga/pilate mats

“As local avid players of padel for over three years, our vision is to create a space where sport, social life, and community meet all-year round — a home for padel that welcomes everyone, from beginners to professionals. It has been a long path since we first viewed the site in May but it’s been well worth the journey building such a fun, dynamic and inclusive sport!

Located within Brackmills Industrial Estate, the club is five minutes from junction 15 of the M1 and the town centre.
