GB international Frankie Langan and Made in Chelsea star Harvey Armstrong hosted the first Padel Fest last weekend at the new Padel Yard club in Wandsworth.

Organised jointly by Frankie’s company Padel Lab and Harvey’s low-calorie beer brand PrimeTime, it is hoped that the tournament will become a monthly event.

Padel Fest featured an exhibition match by Frankie with fellow GB internationals Chris Salisbury, Catherine Rose and Alfonso Patacho.

Also in attendance were several other stars of Made in Chelsea and social media influencers and celebrities including Tristan Phipps.

Harvey told The Padel Paper: “It was a really successful day. It was incredible to watch how GB players play the game. It was way beyond my expectations. It really motivates you as an aspiring beginner, to see what can be done.

“We want to make Padel Fest the No.1 padel tournament in the UK for a good time. As well as the sporting element, we want to incorporate the fun and social side of the game too.”

There were 26 entrants in last weekend’s inaugural tournament, which was also sponsored by Bull Padel. The overall winner was Joanna Langan.
