Content creator ‘Aziz Padel’ has racked up millions of views on his POV padel videos that immerse his followers within the four glass walls of the 20×10.
Many of the Kuwaiti’s posts have been watched over a million times on Tik Tok and Instagram. He uses an Insta 360 GO 3S camera strapped around his head to film his padel rallies, which he edits with graphics and memes, often for comic effect.
Aziz – who wants to keep his true identity under wraps – recently went to the Premier Padel event in Kuwait and grabbed interviews with the likes of Agustin Tapia, Navarro Paquito and Mike Yanguas.
The Padel Paper caught up with Aziz to ask why he thinks his POV-style videos are resonating so well with padel fans.
How did the idea of POV padel videos come to life?
The idea for POV videos came up during a casual chat with a colleague at work. They joked, ‘Wouldn’t it be amazing if you filmed padel from your own perspective?’ The idea clicked immediately, and I couldn’t wait to try it out.
Why do you think POV videos resonate so strongly with audiences?
POV videos work so well because they don’t just show padel—they make you feel like you’re right there in the game. It’s like stepping onto the court without even picking up a racket. That immersive experience is what really hooks people.”
Do you think the immersive experience of POV videos is helping grow the sport?
Absolutely! I’ve lost count of how many non-players have told me they discovered padel through my videos and fell in love with it. It’s amazing to know these clips are introducing people to a sport I’m so passionate about.”
What’s it like watching your own POV videos?
Watching my own POV videos is like having a personal performance review! They help me analyse my positioning, understand where I can improve, and, of course, settle some hilarious on-court debates. My camera often becomes the official VAR for calls like, ‘Was that ball in or out?’
Could you share some of your all-time favorite clips?

How has the feedback from your followers shaped your game?
The feedback from my followers has been incredible. Many of them are better players than I am and offer really constructive advice. It’s helped me identify areas to improve, and I’m genuinely grateful for the community’s support—it’s like having thousands of coaches cheering you on!
Let’s go @AzizPadel!! Love the content.
