British brothers Tom and Sandy Farquharson, co-founders of The Padel School, are opening their first ever padel academy at the exclusive Replay Club in Boynton Beach, Florida.
The duo, from Cheam in Surrey, have built a trusted reputation globally through their online padel coaching content, with their social media accounts totalling over 500,000. They run clinics in the UK and abroad, coaching beginners, club members and corporate clients, alongside competing on the LTA Padel British Tour and training with the GB squad at the LTA’s elite men’s base in Alicante.
The Farquharsons were headhunted by The Replay Club’s founder Jonathon Ende to lead coaching programmes on its 10 hi-spec indoor courts. The club also features a 5,000 sq ft gym, spa, seven indoor pickleball courts and mezzanine lounge.
“We’re so excited to launch our first Padel School academy,” Tom told The Padel Paper. “So far, we’ve trained thousands of players online and at events across the world, so opening an academy is a hugely exciting new step for us.
“At The Replay Club, we’re going to be providing coaching to all players at the club and training the coaches in our coaching methodology.
“It’s definitely got the wow factor. The mission from their side is to create the best padel club in the country and the partnership with myself and Sandy is to make sure they’ve got the best coaching. It’s a joint vision.”

The Replay Club founder Jonathon has a background in the tech industry and a personal passion for racket sports. Like the Farquharsons with The Padel School, Jonathon also founded the club’s Replay Sports and Social brand with his brother. Their vision is to merge the competitive spirit of sports with a vibrant social atmosphere where members can “connect, compete and thrive.”
Tom and Sandy’s academy will cater for club members of all levels, will feature regular events and offer continuous education to the club’s resident coaches. On-site coaching will also blend with access to The Padel School’s online content, giving players a hybrid service of in-person and digital coaching support. “It’s a forward-looking, modern way of teaching which not a lot of other coaches can offer,” commented Tom.
He added: “Sandy met with Jonathon when the club was just an empty warehouse, but from day one there was alignment in the type of environment we wanted to create.
“The Padel School’s coaching philosophy is not just about the technical and tactical aspects of the game, it’s also about ‘soft skills’ of communication and organisation. That’s what enables you to turn padel clubs into a community. It makes players feel like they want to come back. That’s where our particular expertise comes in.
“Each player who comes away from a session with us will have specific learnings to take forward. Even in group lessons, we want players to come away feeling like they’ve had personal training from us, particularly in emerging markets like the U.S. where a big aim is to get as many players into the game as possible.”
Jonathon added: “At The Replay Club, every detail matters. Partnering with The Padel School — renowned for their expertise from the UK — aligns perfectly with our commitment to offering a meticulously curated, world-class experience for our members.
“We are driven by a passion for excellence and innovation. The Padel School’s forward-thinking approach and unparalleled know-how in padel have made them the ideal partner to elevate our academy and further distinguish The Replay Club as a luxury destination.
“Choosing The Padel School wasn’t just a business decision — it was a natural extension of our ethos. Their blend of international expertise and a bespoke training program resonates with our dedication to curating an environment where every aspect is designed for excellence.”
